Criss Cross Card
This is a fun and easy card to make.

All you need is a piece of 8-1/2 x 11 cardstock, patterned paper (optional), adhesive and stamps!

Cut a piece of 8-1/2 x 11 cardstock into 2 pieces, each 4-1/4 x 11.  You can use complementary colors, in which case you would need 2 pieces of cardstock, but you'll be able to make 2 cards.
Fold both pieces of cardstock in half.
Glue the right half of the first piece of cardstock to the left half of the other piece of cardstock, so you have a tri-fold card.
Cut the left piece on the diagonal. Repeat with the right half.  You can see from the example above how it will look when cut.
Fold in the right side of the cardstock and glue the bottom. You can use red-liner tape for this. You want a good hold.
   Repeat with the left side.
   You now have a pocket.
   Embellish as desired.

You can cut another piece of cardstock to fit into the pocket, and stamp it, or you can fill the pocket with tags, memorabilia, etc.  These are great to send as cards, and also as a pocket for a scrapbook page.
